Forgotten password
There is no link that e-mails you a new password — that is deliberate, because it would be a second way into every account. There is a path, and it runs through a person rather than an inbox. Find yourself below:
If you are a technician
- Ask the admin of the organisation you work for — they can do it themselves and need nobody else.
- They open the team page, pick your name and press “new code”. A code appears for them to send you.
- Open the sign-in page, choose “with an invite code”, paste it, and set a new password yourself.
If you are an organisation admin
- Nobody inside your organisation can help — you are the highest authority in it. Contact MagicWeb.
- A fresh invite code is issued to the same address, and you set a new password with it.
Nothing happens to your devices or licences — they are installed on the machines and keep working whether you can sign in or not.
